Brought my car in for some work and had a great experience. The team was honest, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They diagnosed the issue quickly, got everything fixed right the first time, and the pricing was fair. The car drives better than ever. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. Highly recommend if you want quality work and great customer service.

Did my control arms and sway bar links in like less than 4 hours, chains obviously charge more than some local shops but if you’re in a pinch like I was you really can’t go wrong. Didn’t try to upsell me UNNECESSARY repairs (said i needed transmission fluid and an oil change, both were correct and were legitimate things my car needs). Best experience I’ve had with a chain auto repair shop by far.

I have been in town for a little over a year and I have tried a few different shops in town. The mechanics at this location are very knowledgeable and they keep the customer informed of what's going on at all times. They are constantly ready to take on whatever the car needs, from a valve train to a tire patch. They have good warranty and good insurance and they do great work.

Top notch service!! I needed to have a replacement TPMS sensor installed in my tire. I already had one and stopped to see if they could do the install without an appointment and they took the job no questions asked and had it done very quickly and wouldn’t take any money since it was such a quick repair. Service that is very hard to find these days. This is my second time doing business here and the first time was the same high quality service. The place is clean and well kept up. You can also see your car being worked on from the waiting area so you know your car is getting done. Highly recommend giving them a shot!

Exhaust pipe broke on a 14-year-old Honda a few days ahead of a planned long-distance trip. Meineke Fitchburg was the only local car care center nearby, so I thought I was 'stuck' with whatever they thought was needed for the repair. But my experience with them exceeded my expectations. They briskly booked me an appointment and evaluated my Honda right away. They zeroed in the specific problem area and solution with no extra 'fluff' of 'work needed'. I had to come back a few hours later because of a part that needed to be transported from another location. But the job was then completed in a short time. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the waiting area was furnished and clean. The price was no bargain but was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and would book with them again for future services!

Had to get my alternator and battery replaced. They were precise and quick and got the job done. I also came to realize that without my having to ask, they reattached my front license plate and fixed an issue with my front bumper. They care and try to do right by their customers.

Brought a vehicle in that I was interested in purchasing from a dealership, they were able to take me within 15 minutes of walking in to book the appointment. They were incredibly honest and straightforward. Put the car up on the lift after the inspection and it showed me some pretty serious frame rust. The techs in the garage gave me a walk around of the vehicle and explained the issues. Also special thanks to Mo at the front desk for being incredibly polite and courteous. Great pricing and fast service!
